ANGELA MILLS WADE
Angela Mills Wade works closely with European companies, trade associations and lobby groups to help them better understand the challenges they face. She has over 25 years experience specialising in copyright, media, advertising and internet issues.
Angela believes that you have to look beyond Brussels to see what is happening in reality at the national level, and her wide international network of leaders in politics, creative industry and journalism help our clients do just that. She set up Europe Analytica in 1999 when she realised there wasn’t a consultancy out there that really fitted her own needs as a client.
Angela has led many successful campaigns in support of freedom of the press and was instrumental in setting up the Linked Content Coalition.
Angela has been the Executive Director of the European Publishers’ Council since 1991 and was included on POLITICO’s ‘Women who shape Brussels in 2017’.

Patricia Preston is our financial controller and Office Manager and has been at Europe Analytica from the start.Patricia has extensive knowledge of the public affairs industry and in corporate governance, legal and financial affairs. Patricia knows exactly what goes into the day-to-day running of the company, and is our point of reference on all critical legal and financial matters. Patricia has a background in advertising and finance, working for Beaumark Public Affairs, Fowler Coates Ltd, and Laurence Keen and Gardner Stock Brokers in London.

Elena Lai works with our highest-profile clients in the audiovisual, cultural and creative industries to represent them on the biggest issues affecting their business.
Elena’s real skill is in her ability to influence and create partnerships between all the key stakeholders, both at business and institutional level, here in Brussels and beyond. She has vast experience in identifying EU funding opportunities for programmes such as Horizon 2020 and Creative Europe. Elena acts as the Secretary-General of CEPI, the European Coordination of Independent Producers, raising the profile of European SMEs and guiding them through the Copyright reform and digitization. She also sits on the boards of several projects such as MediaRoad and Creative Skills Europe and the European Commission’s Framework on Gender and Equality. and was recently elected as Chair of the European Audiovisual Observatory’s Advisory Committee. Elena somehow also finds the time to be our Head of Office, and her warmth and passion motivates all of us every morning.

Nikolas Moschakis is an external consultant based out of the US.
As a specialist in audiovisual, Digital Single Market and publishing issues such as advertising, privacy and data protection. Nikolas knows the ins and outs of the industry better than most and has extensive contacts in Brussels and at national level. He has worked in both New York and Washington D.C. and has a Master’s in EU International Relations and Diplomacy from the College of Europe in Bruges and a degree in International and European, Economic and Political Studies from the University of Macedonia.
Languages: Native Greek speaker, fluent English and French, good knowledge of Spanish, knowledge of German and Italian.
Alina Popescu is our Account Manager who advises our clients on copyright and digital policies.
Alina has huge experience in the creative industry, previously working with the European Magazine Media Association, Liberty Global and the European Commission’s Copyright Unit. Alina’s passion was rewarded by being shortlisted for the Promising Newcomer category at the EuroPAwards 2017 and she continues to impress us with her knowledge on a daily basis. She has a BA in Law from the University of Bucharest and an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from Maastricht University.
Languages: Native Romanian speaker, fluent English, good knowledge of French and Spanish.
Liana Digka is our Policy Executive who advises our clients on the technology, audiovisual and news media issues affecting them at the EU level.
Liana knows our clients have to have an insider knowledge of the most important policy issues, and she works hard to keep them informed. Liana previously worked in the field of energy, tourism, health and food safety in the private and the European public sectors. Liana holds a BA in Political Science and two Master’s degrees, one in European Studies and Diplomacy from the University of Macedonia, and the other in Media and Communication from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
Languages: Native Greek speaker, fluent English and Italian, good knowledge of French.
Robert is in charge of communication services, including the drafting of newsletters, updating our website and managing our social media accounts.
He joins us from the European Commission where he worked as a policy officer and speechwriter in the Directorate General for Education and Culture. Given this experience, Robert brings with him a strong awareness and understanding of European policy and funding affecting the Culture and Creative Industries.
Robert has a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies and German from King’s College London, where he undertook an Erasmus year at the Humboldt University, Berlin.
Languages: Native English speaker, very good knowledge of German, intermediate understanding of French.
DAVIDE G. VACCARO
Davide has a long experience in the film and cultural sector. He has been Board Member and President of the Italian organisation Franti NISI MASA Italia, founder NGO of the Young European Film Network NISI MASA. Previously he has been working in communication, graphic and creative design, film and TV productions, cultural organisations and theatrical companies.
Among others he has been working in a research centre participating in the start up of a multimedia arts centre for peace education and in the EbS of the Audiovisual Unit in the European Parliament.
He holds a Bachelor in Film and TV studies and a Master in Film Theory focussing on aesthetic of new audiovisual technologies and the intercultural perception of movies.
Languages: Native Italian speaker, fluent in English, good knowledge of French, basic in Swedish and understanding of Icelandic.
Ella is who supports our clients in all policy areas.
Ella’s background is in EU studies, international relations and political science.
She is currently enrolled and finalising her bachelor’s degree in European Studies at Maastricht University.
Languages: Bilingual Finnish-Swedish, fluent English, basic knowledge of French, German and Dutch.
Collin is currently enrolled in a Master of Arts program at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Service (SAIS), where he is an International Economics and International Political Economy concentrator.
Prior to enrolling in the SAIS program, Collin was a public relations professional working with marketing, technology, transportation and automotive clients in the private sector. A native Californian, Collin received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of San Diego.

Salvatore is currently enrolled in his Master Degree in International Studies at the ISCTE-University Institute of Lisbon and previously graduate from a bachelor degree in Political Science at the ULB-Free University of Brussels.
He has acquired substantial knowledge concerning the European Internal Market with a focus on issues related to the free movement of services thanks to a recent internship at the European Policies department of the Italian Presidency of the Council of the Ministers.
Languages: Native Italian speaker, fluent in English and French and has good knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese as well as basic knowledge of German.
