Our Brussels office has a team of highly experienced specialists fluent in English, French, German,  Greek, Italian, and Dutch. Our Directors each have over 30 years of experience and, together with a young and dynamic team, work across many sectors to provide you with tailored solutions which are flexible, have added value and maintain a high code of ethics.

Angela Mills Wade works closely with European companies, trade associations and lobby groups to help them better understand the challenges they face. She has over 25 years experience specialising in copyright, media, advertising and internet issues.

 

Angela believes that you have to look beyond Brussels to see what is happening in reality at the national level, and her wide international network of leaders in politics, creative industry and journalism help our clients do just that. She set up Europe Analytica in 1999 when she realised there wasn’t a consultancy out there that really fitted her own needs as a client.

 

Angela has led many successful campaigns in support of freedom of the press and was instrumental in setting up the Linked Content Coalition.


Angela has been the Executive Director of the European Publishers’ Council since 1991 and was included on POLITICO’s ‘Women who shape Brussels in 2017.

Patricia Preston

Director and Office Manager

Patricia Preston is our financial controller and Office Manager and has been at Europe Analytica from the start. Patricia has extensive knowledge of the public affairs industry and in corporate governance, legal and financial affairs. Patricia knows exactly what goes into the day-to-day running of the company, and is our point of reference on all critical legal and financial matters. Patricia has a background in advertising and finance, working for Beaumark Public Affairs, Fowler Coates Ltd, and Laurence Keen and Gardner Stock Brokers in London.

Nikolas Moschakis

Director

As a specialist in audiovisual, Digital Single Market and publishing issues such as advertising, privacy and data protection. Nikolas knows the ins and outs of the industry better than most and has extensive contacts in Brussels and at national level. He has worked in both New York and Washington D.C. and has a Master’s in EU International Relations and Diplomacy from the College of Europe in Bruges and a degree in International and European, Economic and Political Studies from the University of Macedonia.


Languages: Native Greek speaker, fluent English and French, good knowledge of Spanish, knowledge of German and Italian.

Account Director & Head of Office

Mathilde is one of our Account Directors and joint Head of Office. As Account Director she has the responsibility of being Secretary-General for one of Europe Analytica's most important clients, The European Audiovisual Production association (CEPI).


Mathilde joins us from the Federation of European Direct and Interactive Marketing (FEDMA) where, as Director-General, she led FEDMA's advocacy engagement with the EU institutions on policy issues such as the GDPR, the ePrivacy Regulation and digital advertising.

 

In addition to her responsibilities for FEDMA, since 2014 Mathilde has been the Vice-Chair of the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA) and, since 2013, the Treasurer of European Advertising Standards Alliance (EASA). With leading roles in these associations, Mathilde is well versed in the critical issues affecting the online sector and has a thorough understanding of the key actors in the industry.

 

Mathilde has a long track record of speaking at high-level events such as the Global Privacy Summit, the Digital Advertising Alliance Summit, and at many forums organized by European institutions.

Robert Heslop

Account Director

Robert is our Account Director who advises our clients on audiovisual and digital policies.

 

He joined us from the European Commission where he worked as a policy officer and speechwriter in the Directorate General for Education and Culture. Given this experience, Robert brings with him a strong awareness and understanding of European policy and funding affecting the Culture and Creative Industries.

 

Robert has a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies and German from King’s College London, where he undertook an Erasmus year at the Humboldt University, Berlin. Whilst working full time for Europe Analytica Robert secured a Masters of Arts in European Union Law from King's College London.

 

Languages: Native English speaker, B1 in German, B1 in Dutch, B1 in Italian and A2 in French.

Margaux Chielle

Account Executive

Margaux is one of our Account Executive working as Policy Advisor for the European Audiovisual Production association (CEPI). 

With a deep interest for copyright and audiovisual, Margaux completed her Master's degree in European Law at the University of Créteil, France, where she also spent an Erasmus year at Palermo's University in Sicily. Her legal education has given her a strong foundation in European law, institutions and policy.

 

Margaux also holds an Advanced Master in Intellectual Property and ICT Law from KU Leuven University, where she further enhanced her expertise in this area. 

Languages: Native French speaker, fluent in English, notions of Spanish.

Emanuele is one of our Account Executive working as Policy Advisor for the International Federation of Film Distributors' and Publishers' Associations (FIAD).

 

He holds a degree in International Relations and Human Rights with a minor in Climate Change at the University of Bologna, Italy, where he gained extensive experience in research and policy analysis. 

One of his notable accomplishments is the organisation of the first Ravenna Migration Film Festival in Italy during his studies.
During the same period, he conducted a research internship at the Italian Embassy in Dakar, Senegal. 

Languages:  Native Italian speaker, fluent in English, basic level of French.

Abreham Mauri

Policy Assistant

As a Policy Assistant, Abreham focuses on monitoring policy and legislation development within EU institutions. He is also broadening his knowledge about the audiovisual and creative sectors and their interaction with European institutions.


His keen interest in European affairs and institutions led him to pursue a double bachelor’s degree in international relations and economics at the Australian National University. To broaden his knowledge of European public policy Abreham is currently completing a master's degree in international relations with a specialisation in EU studies at Leiden University.


Abreham’s master thesis analyses the reaction of Eurosceptic parties (Brothers of Italy & the League) to the EU response to the Ukraine-Russia conflict.

Languages: Native Italian speaker, fluent in English, intermediate in Spanish.
